Our History
Founded in 2018 by the dedicated and passionate owner, Gloria, and former partner, Dana, Little Geniuses Learning Center began as a single location in Midvale. Through their vision, hard work, and love for early childhood education, it has quickly expanded to six thriving locations across the valley in Pleasant Grove, Lehi, Riverton, Midvale, Millcreek, and Sugar House.
Each center has flourished, thanks to the meaningful connections and relationships built with families. These strong bonds not only helped us navigate the challenges of the pandemic but also paved the way for creating even greater opportunities for our children, teachers, and families to grow and succeed together.

Gloria Rodriguez
Founder & Owner
Gloria, originally from Colombia, is the devoted and visionary owner of Little Geniuses, a role she has passionately embraced since the very beginning of our journey. With over 25 years of experience in childcare development, she brings an unparalleled depth of knowledge and expertise to our community.
Gloria is a hardworking and professional leader who embodies compassion, empathy, and unwavering dedication. Her genuine care for the needs of others shines through in every aspect of her work, creating a nurturing and supportive environment for children, families, and staff alike. Gloria's natural connection with young children is truly remarkable—her expertise can be felt and seen almost instantly, as she effortlessly engages, inspires, and guides them with warmth and understanding.
Her Colombian roots inspire a vibrant and inclusive approach to early childhood education, fostering a loving space where every child feels valued, empowered, and able to thrive.

Alejandra holds a degree and national accreditation that have strengthened her administration and communication skills. She has been involved in the growth of Little Geniuses from the very beginning, growing alongside the organization. This experience has enhanced her ability to lead, organize systems, ensure quality across all centers, and bring out the best in each teacher. She is passionate about the fine arts, enjoys spending time in nature, and loves expanding her horizons by continuously learning new things.

Andrea has been working in childhood education since 2016 and joined Little Geniuses in 2023. She holds degrees in Early Education, Child Development Associates, Healing Arts, and her National Administrator Credential. Fully bilingual in Spanish and English and a dedicated mother, Andrea specializes in supporting special needs children and multilingual learners. She brings a holistic and innovative approach to education, fostering inclusive and engaging learning environments.

Paula began her journey in early childhood education with the Little Geniuses Family, starting as a teacher. Over time, she has gained valuable knowledge in child development, classroom management, and building strong relationships with families. Now, as an Assistant Director, Paula takes pride in supporting the team, assisting with daily operations, and fostering a positive, nurturing environment for both staff and children. She is passionate about professional growth and making a meaningful impact wherever she goes, including in her completed a Dental Assistant course and looks forward to continuing her development in the field.

Stella Castaño holds a degree in Special Education and a Master's degree in Education. Her professional training has enabled her to design pedagogical strategies and work plans aimed at strengthening meaningful learning processes in the children she works with. Additionally, she has led training and care centers, an experience that has provided her with the necessary skills to lead educational programs and to create environments that are conducive to both learning and collaborative work.
