A unique and immersive Spanish-English program
The Little Geniuses Learning Adventures Curriculum is a unique and immersive Spanish-English program that integrates project-based and process-based learning methods. This approach helps children develop essential skills, including fine motor and gross motor abilities, communication, social-emotional awareness, and problem-solving techniques. By engaging children in hands-on activities, that sometimes remain in the classroom, we focus on learning as a dynamic, continuous process rather than just a final product.
Our methods go beyond traditional learning by encouraging active exploration and play, allowing children to use all their senses and skills. Each child is challenged individually, within a group setting, to ensure that their learning journey is personalized and enriching. The curriculum fosters a supportive environment where children can grow, explore, and thrive while immersed in Spanish and English languages.
Our educational philosophy blends the Reggio Emilia and Montessori approaches, both rooted in the belief that children are capable, creative, and have the right to make meaning in their own way. Like Reggio Emilia, we emphasize child-led exploration, encouraging curiosity, creativity, and critical thinking through experiential, collaborative learning in areas such as art, music, drama, and play. Similarly, we adopt Montessori's focus on a prepared environment that promotes independence and self-directed learning. In both approaches, educators act as guides, fostering a supportive, collaborative environment. Together, these philosophies provide a holistic, nurturing space where children can develop essential life skills at their own pace.
